“Hidden Vision” by Lance Aleong

I could stand here and tell you the usual things that men say when they meet a woman/

What good would that do?/

Following in the footstep of other who have undressed you…/

Just aint my style/

I am an eclectic time piece that cherishes the finer things in life/

Your rich cognac complexion captured my eye/

Every time your lips come together and part a bit/

Walk on by with a hell of a strut/

I’m caressing your thoughts until we are thinking the same/

Biting my lips has become an habitual habit/

I can’t deny it/

Your smile could stop the second hand of time/

Every time tic-tocks/

Lips lock to the right moment/

To taste your intermissions, allow these words to speak life/

My attraction is much more than just a love thirst/

I must quiche your total being/

Pleasing extrapolated doses of an appreciated quotient/

An au-naturale moment/

Bending and mending these verses/

Conforming to the essence of you with no rehearses/

Straight no chaser/

And I don’t even know you name-A/

Shall I call you Lady Day-A/

Coasting on my Coltrane-A/

Can your eye hold-A/

That glaze just a little long-A?/

Let me encapsulate you/

Until your smile becomes raindrops falling from the sky/

Let your smooth jazz melodies rain down on me/

Come and fly the friendly skies with me/

First class on a charter flight with me/

To our final destination, also known as ECSTASY.
